COACH JOHN WOODEN COMMISSION

This is my latest portrait commission of John Wooden, UCLA basketball coach. After research, I found him to be not only a great coach but also a great human being. I thought they had broke the mold when Bear Bryant was made, but I changed my mind after learning more of John Wooden. He is still alive and will turn 100 years old next year. He has another fan and I am glad I discovered him.

This is probably my last post until next year. I am looking forward to a productive year and hopefully more discoveries.

BADASS ROOSTER

Sometimes ya just want to paint a ROOSTER....this here badass is painted on 10"x11" watercolor paper with acrylic fluid paint. When I was younger we had chickens running around in the yard. THe mean ones would chase you but they all ended up going away when I got my first dog. He was a badass too.

Havent posted in few days. Not really been that busy just lazy I guess. Thanksgiving and the holidays will be upon us and I am not sure how much I will get done. I am still  posting work on Ebay but mostly older stuff. I believe the new year will bring on much more than I realize......
